Tonight and Every Night - Robin Hall & Jimmie MacGregor : Robin Hall and Jimmie MacGregor are remembered as one of Scotland's most popular folk duos recording more than 20 albums and appearing on countless television programmes (including a nightly spot for fourteen years on the prime-time 'Tonight' programme in the 1960s) This CD is made from an early 1962 album features a mix of Scots songs such as Johnnie Lad, Twa Heids Are Better Than Yin, Gin I Were Where The Gaudie Rins and a Medley of Glasgow Street Songs. The duo had their own inimitable sound and it is great to hear again those great Scots voices at their peak.
